Shipping $15 flat rate to anywhere in Australia. All L.E Studio orders require a signature on delivery unless otherwise requested and are shipped via Australia Post and its affiliates.

All L.E Studio orders are shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. We ship worldwide via Australia Post and its international affiliates. For destinations not available at checkout, please contact us at lucy@le-studio.com.au.

Import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges vary by country and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order. If duties or taxes are declined and delivery is refused, the order will be returned to us and refunded, less original and return shipping costs.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of store credit or exchange. To qualify, items must be postmarked within seven days of receipt. Please email lucy@le-studio.com.au to initiate your return. Requests submitted without prior communication will not be processed.

Custom orders, made-to-order garments, sale items, and purchases made during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Shipping & Responsibility

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping from certain countries to Australia may be costly. We recommend returns be sent with insurance and tracking, as L.E Studio cannot accept liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed. Store credit will be issued to your original payment method or as a gift card within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been accepted.

 

Conditions

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns that are worn, damaged, or altered may be refused and returned to the customer. Please note a 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted automatically from the final credit amount. 

We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express. Each order is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, you will receive a notice with instructions for collecting your parcel from a nearby post office or collection point.

For international orders, once your parcel has left Australia, we suggest continuing to track it through your local postal service using the same tracking number. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection will require a new shipping fee to be dispatched again.
